Surface honeycombing identified at column head C4 during the post-pour walk. Please propose a method for making good before this pour is certified.

Method statement uploaded. We propose breaking out to sound concrete and reinstating with a flowable repair mortar, then a bonding coat.

Which approved option suits the villa finish?

Is the difference between the three options only price, or is there a quality difference I should know about?

All three meet the specification. The RAK option is approved with a comment — its slip certificate covers the matt finish only, so wet areas must use matt. The Porcelanosa option has the shortest lead time.
